On this rainy morning, it was all hands on deck as we packaged a recent delivery of books. I also got to meet Nic Shepherd from The Food Depot in Santa Fe, NM, one of our most consistent clients. His enthusiasm and passion for the service we jointly provide was palpable, and it was really neat to get to meet him. I also got to meet Ingrid Hamlin from the McKinney Vento Program, where I will be a reading tutor. She gave me a tour of their building and all the services they provide, and I got to peek in on the classroom where I will read. I am looking forward to working with them.
